What makes your insulation board fire resistant?

How thin can a vacuum insulation panel (VIP) be?

We manufacture VIPs in thicknesses from 5mm to 50mm. Because of their low thermal conductivity (≤0.0045 W/m.K), a 20mm panel delivers the same thermal barrier performance as a 150mm glass wool board.

Can these insulation boards be cut or altered on site?

Vacuum insulation panels cannot be cut or punctured on-site, as this releases the internal vacuum and reduces their performance to that of the raw core material. We provide customized shape profiling, including penetrations and corner joints, pre-manufactured to site plans.

How does Nanchong production scale affect shipping?
